This heirloom kale blend has it all: Dwarf Blue Curled Scotch, heavily savoyed Lacinato, feathery Red Russian, crinkle-leafed Scarlet and cold-hardy Siberian. Cultivated in Europe for millennia, kale is a nutrient-dense superfood full of vitamins A and C. Tastes best when grown in cool weather.
