Product Description
This woody, highly aromatic perennial with feathery, silver-green leaves and tiny yellow blossoms is often used as an ornamental plant. Wormwood is valued as a medicinal herb. Leaves, stems, and flowers are used to make tinctures and the liqueur, Absinthe. Plants grow to 3’ tall. Drought tolerant.
- Minimum 100 seeds per packet.
- Germination: 7-21 days
- Start indoors during late winter. Gently press seeds into seed starting media and lightly cover. When seedlings appear, gradually expose to light. When seedlings are big enough to handle, transfer to pots. Harden off slowly and transplant in full sun after last frost.
- Prefers well drained soil but moist soil.
- Space plants 12-36” inches apart.
