This celebrated South American heirloom yields lovely golden beans streaked with deep red. Dried beans are often refried or simmered in stews, but these tasty Tiger’s Eyes are delicious shelled fresh from the garden as well.
- 40 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-10 days
- Maturity: 80 days
- Direct sow 1-1 ½” deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85° F to sprout.
- Space plants 3-6” apart; space row 2-3’ apart.
