Though it may not have an edible root, the Seven Top turnip variety produces some of the most delicious turnip greens available. The crisp, nutritious leaves are high in calcium and excellent for salads or steaming. Greens can reach heights of 24 inches in 45-55 days.

- Direct sow ¼-½” deep in full sun as soon as soil can be worked.
- Space plants 1-2” apart depending on size desired; space rows 12-18” apart.
