This fast-growing heirloom has cold-hardy, protective leaves that curl around its head to keep it white and crisp. Expect 5-8” cauliflowers with sweet, nutty flavor and a wonderful texture.

- Direct sow ¼” deep outdoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date or indoors in early winter for spring transplant. Repeat in midsummer for an autumn harvest. Plant or transplant in direct sun.
- Space plants 18-24” apart in rows 2 ½-3’ apart.
- Requires cool temperatures and consistent moisture. Mulching helps.
