In zones 4-8, this beautiful European heirloom can be cultivated as a perennial; elsewhere it is grown as an annual herb. Jagged leaves have a bright, cucumber-like flavor and aroma. Use Salad Burnet to infuse vinegars and oils or add to your summer salads, dips, and pestos. Plants reach 18-24" tall.

- Germination: 5-7 days
- Maturity: 65-70 days
- Direct sow in full sun after last frost date. Gently press scattered seeds into soil and cover lightly. Keep evenly moist but not soggy until plants are established.
