This dazzling heirloom comes to us from 16th century Italy. A chartreuse-colored broccoli-cauliflower mix in the shape of a Fibonacci spiral, this delectable variety has a mild, nutty flavor and crisp cauliflower-like texture. Plants may stretch to 3’ before producing.

- Direct sow outdoors ¼” deep 2-4 weeks before last frost date or indoors in early winter for spring transplant. Repeat in midsummer for an autumn harvest. Plant or transplant in direct sun.
