Arugula is an efficient early and late season cover crop that suppresses weeds, maintains soil moisture, and halts erosion.
- 250 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 30-40 days
- Direct sow 1/4" deep in full sun/partial shade as soon as soil can be worked and again in late summer for a fall harvest.
- Plant seeds 1" apart; rows 12" apart; thin seeds to 3-4" apart.
