The tender, frilly leaves and crisp, hollow stalks of this Asian heirloom are delicious in salads, stir-fries, and soups. Yellow Stem Chinese Celery requires consistent moisture and well-composted soil. Thrives in cooler temperatures but is not frost tolerant. Plants reach 10-12” tall.

- Germination: 14-21 days
- Maturity: 55-60 days
- Start indoors 10-12 weeks before last frost date. Sow seeds ¼” deep in seed starting mix. Harden off and transplant after last spring frost.
- Space plants 8-10” apart; space rows 18-24” apart.
