Like oregano, but milder and sweeter, this delicious heirloom with purply-white flowers brings visual interest to gardens and potted herb collections. Pale green leaves and a mounding growth habitat add beauty and texture wherever it is grown. In the fall, harvest the entire plant and hang upside down to dry.
