Award-winning Red Burgundy yields 7” scarlet pods that are tender and tasty when roasted, fried, simmered in soups, or pickled! Fast growing plants reaching 4-5’ tall are loaded with colorful pods and pollinator-friendly yellow flowers.

- Soak seeds for 24 hours prior to planting for optimal germination. Direct sow 1/2” deep in full sun when soil temperature has warmed to 70° F.
