A key ingredient in the popular za’atar blend, it delivers an aromatic, robust flavor with notes of marjoram, oregano, and thyme. Beyond the kitchen, za’atar has a deep history of traditional medicinal use, famed for its antiseptic properties. Great for tea. Easy to grow, preferring cooler temperatures.

- Direct sow in full sun after last frost date or start indoors 4-6 weeks before. Scatter seeds but do not cover, sun is needed for germination.
