This delicious variety yields tender-skinned tubers with golden, semi-moist flesh. Excellent steamed, boiled, roasted, fried, and grilled. Stores well for 3-4 months. Maintain even water levels throughout growing season to avoid scab and hollow heart. We do not ship seed potatoes to Montana due to state regulations.
