Rapeseed is a flowering member of the brassica family often cultivated as a cover crop or for cooking oil. Edible greens can be harvested as nutrient-dense sprouts or enjoyed in salads. Lovely golden flowers scattered in garden or planted in containers will draw pollinators. This spring variety is often grown in northern regions.

- Direct sow ¼” deep as soon is soil can be worked in spring or 6 weeks before the first fall frost.
- For cover crop, cut and till 2+ weeks before sowing new crops.
