First introduced in 1842, Long Green Improved is excellent for slicing or pickling. True to its name, this cucumber can grow up to 12 inches in length and 3 inches in diameter. Skin is dark green with bright, crisp flesh.

- Maturity: 55-65 days
- Direct sow in full sun after the last frost or start indoors 3 weeks prior to last frost. Plant 1/2" deep in soil or seed starting mix.
- Space plants 12-24” apart; space rows 6’ apart.
