Congress will unfold like welcome sunshine in your early spring garden! This spectacular split-corona cultivar sports 4” blooms with multi-segmented, ruffly cups. Congress’ unique orange corona lays on a bed of brilliant yellow petals. Plant in dappled light for best results. A wonderful cut flower. Bulb size 14-16 cm.
