These frost-hardy emerald heirlooms will add brilliant color to your garden, bright flavor to your summer menu, and a blast of nutrition (vitamins A, K, and C) to your diet. Parsley is a powerful companion plant for asparagus, carrots, corn, onions, peppers, and tomatoes. Can cause early lettuce bolting when planted nearby. Parsley is often used as a medicinal herb.

- Direct sow in full sun/part shade when spring soil is workable. Scatter seeds but do not cover. Will flourish in gardens, raised beds and containers with room for taproots.
