A garden giant! This French variety produces short, wide roots that can weigh over one pound and maintain both flavor and texture even at full size. The adaptable Oxheart also puts up with dense soil and stores well.
- 300 seeds minimum
- Germination: 14-28 days
- Maturity: 80-90 days
- Direct sow first crop as soon as soil can be worked in early spring. Gently press scattered seeds into loosened soil. Resow in late summer for a fall crop.
- Plant in full sun and water consistently.
- Space plants 3-4” apart in rows 12” apart.
