Crinkled, deep green leaves grow prolifically on these stocky, 2’ tall plants. Count on the Vates to produce plenty of kale for baked chips, baby green salads, and nutritious soups when sown in spring or fall. Resists heat and cold.

- Sow ¼” deep in direct sun as soon as soil can be worked in early spring.
