Rapeseed is flowering member of the brassica family often cultivated as a cover crop or for cooking oil. Edible greens can be harvested as nutrient-dense sprouts or enjoyed in salads. Lovely golden flowers scattered in garden or planted in containers will draw pollinators. This spring variety is often grown in northern regions.
