This heirloom produces long, flat Roma-style pods that mature early with a tender, rich taste. If you plan to save seeds, let the pods dry on the vine and collect the Northeaster’s snowy white beans.
- 40 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-10 days
- Maturity: 55-60 days
- Direct sow 1-1 ½” deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85° F to sprout.
- Space plants 3-6” apart; space row 2-3’ apart.
