Product Description
The yellow-fleshed variety of the Mountain Sweet Watermelon has been popular among growers in the Northeast since the 1800s. Outer rind is dark green with light green stripes. Flesh is deliciously sweet and firm. Produces oblong fruits of 25 to 35 lbs.

- Germination: 5-10 days
- Maturity: 80-85 days
- Direct sow ½-1” deep in full sun after last frost or start indoors 3-4 weeks prior to last frost. Harden off seedlings before planting. Watermelon seedlings prefer not to be disturbed; direct sow is suggested.
- Sow seeds 6” apart. Space plants 18” apart in rows 6-8’ apart.
