A showstopping Spanish heirloom! These 7-8” white, teardrop-shaped eggplants with purply-fuchsia striping are stunning and full of flavor. Delicious roasted, baked, and grilled.
- 25 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 70-75 days
- Start indoors 8-12 weeks before the last frost. Plant 1/4" deep in seed starting mix. Requires soil temperatures of 75-85F to germinate. Heating mat is recommended. Keep moist.
- Harden off and transplant in full sun when all danger of frost has passed.
- Space plants 18-24” apart; space rows 3-4' apart.

Beautiful eggplants!
Started these seeds last January and shared seedlings with my neighbors. In August we were both blessed with a wealth of beautiful eggplants. Truly a miracle of nature. Vigorous plants, no insect damage, rabbits did enjoying gnawing on the young seedlings, but eventually they recovered and bore fruit.
