The lighter-hued cousin of the Dark Red Kidney, these beans keep their shape when cooked and easily absorb flavors from other ingredients making them a go-to for soups or chilis. A high-yielding, all-star crop.

- Germination: 4-8 days
- Maturity: 95 days
- Direct sow 1-1 ½” deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85° F to sprout.
- Space plants 3-4” apart; space rows 2-3’ apart.
