This revered heirloom herb from the Mediterranean region, Middle East, and India is part of the mint family. Loved for its beautify and unique fragrance, lavender is also valued for its diverse medicinal properties and culinary uses. Very hardy once established.

- Germination: 14-21 days
- Maturity: 90-200 days
- In early-mid winter, wrap seeds in moist paper towel and refrigerate for 30 days or until sprouted. Plant seedlings in pots and nurture indoors until well after last frost date – mid/late spring. Harden off and plant in full sun. Be gentle with roots.
