A popular German heirloom prized for its uniform, bright white roots and sweet, rich flavor. Halblange is a half-long variety with a hefty top and shallow taper making these tasty parsnips easy to harvest. For optimal flavor, harvest after your first frost. Slow to germinate.

- Maturity: 120 days
- Direct sow first crop as soon as soil can be worked in early spring. Gently press scattered seeds into loosened soil. Resow in late summer for a fall crop.
