Best beets ever
I am a new gardener so once I planted 30+ beets I thought that might have been over board for 1 person. I was wrong, next time I'm planting triple that because they are so good. Just gorgeous in a salad or slices with goat cheese on top. Also I had no clue you could eat the greens and I wilt them and eat them with everything.
