Organic Butterflay Spinach
I had to write in to say that I'm enjoying this spinach more than anything else from the garden this spring. The plants grew fast. The leaves are large and robust with a great texture for sandwiches or just about anything. I just cut off a few leaves and chop them up to pile fresh and raw on a dish of curry, or mix into a grain salad or a greens combo, etc. Really good.
