This centuries old heirloom, also known as Black Garlic, is both fragrant and lovely. 3” to 4” blossoms are chockfull of pearl white florets with glistening lime green eyes. Edible flowerheads have a gentle onion flavor, delicious on springtime salads. Statuesque Nigrum is gorgeous when planted in clusters and offers a stunning backdrop for bulb flowers. Loved by pollinators.
