Mullein is a biennial flowering plant that forms a rosette of wooly grey-green leaves in its first year, and in the second, produces striking yellow flower stalks. Flowers and leaves are valued for their medicinal properties.

- Germination: 14 days
- Direct sow in full sun after last frost date or start indoors 6-8 weeks before. Gently press scattered seeds into soil.
