An ancient Chinese heirloom popular throughout Asia and around the world. Michihli‘s tender, tasty leaves are terrific for pickling making it a great variety for kimchi. Delicious stir-fried. Well blanched heads are 16-18” tall and 4” in diameter.
- 250 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 75 days
- Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost. Plant ¼” deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in direct sun 2-3 weeks before last frost. For fall harvest, direct sow 6-8 weeks before first frost.
- Space plants 18-24” apart; space rows 24-36” apart.
