Product Description
Some believe these bespeckled, squarish beans were carried across the pond by Pilgrims while others believe they are native to the Americas. Regardless of its origin, Mayflower yields especially lovely, flavorful dried beans. Young green pods make delicious snap beans when harvested early.

Delicious beans
These beans are prolific and make silky textured beans with a slightly sweet and rich flavor. They are my favorite bean for bean salads.
