This fast-growing Chinese cabbage resembles bok choy but offers a milder, toothsome flavor. Its juicy stems and tender leaves can be harvested as baby greens or left to mature into full heads. More heat-tolerant than most Asian greens.
- 250 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 70 days
- Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost. Plant ¼” deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in direct sun 2-3 weeks before last frost. For fall harvest, direct sow 6-8 weeks before first frost.
- Space plants 18-24” apart; space rows 24-36” apart.
