This heirloom commemorates Lucius Lucullus, a Roman general famed for his lavish gardens. Released in 1914, its rippling green leaves sport marble-white stalks. Cold-tolerant and heat-resistant, it can be overwintered in the garden and produces a substantial spring crop.
