Lemon Gem Marigold (Tagetes tenuifolia)

Product Description

This signet marigold variety produces an abundance of delicate 6-12” tall blooms atop compact mounds of finely divided lacy foliage.  A favorite of beneficial pollinators, Lemon Gems deliver carefree golden color and a lemony fragrance to beds, borders and containers from early summer to frost. Edible flowers have a subtle spicy, citrusy flavor.  

• 200 seeds minimum
• Germination: 4-7 days
• Bloom time: early summer-late fall
• Direct sow 1/4” deep in full sun to partial shade after last frost date.
• Space plants 8” apart.
