Violet-blue, bell-shaped flowers adorn this heirloom’s fern-like foliage, which resembles the rungs of a ladder. Originally used for medicinal purposes dating back to the 1600s, Jacob’s Ladder is easy to grow. Prefers shady areas with rich soil.
