This semi self-blanching variety yields delectable whitish-green stalks and gray-green leaves. Harvest when young to avoid bitterness and enjoy this splendid heirloom at its tender best. Purple flowers make a stunning display and are loved by pollinators.

- Maturity: 120-150 days
- Start indoors 8-12 weeks prior to last frost. Plant seeds ½” deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in full sun after frost danger has passed. Compost well.
