This upright Catalogna chicory sports sawtooth-shaped leaves with attractive red ribs. Sometimes mistaken for a red dandelion, Italiko adds a savory bite to salads and tastes great braised. Fares well in cooler weather.

- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 45-50 days
- Direct sow 1/4" deep in full sun/partial shade as soon as soil can be worked and again in late summer for a fall harvest.
