Also known as Allheal and Self Heal, this hardy perennial herb is highly valued for its diverse medicinal properties. Heal All's small purply-blue flowers are nectar rich and favored by bees and other pollinators, and its leaves are delicious in summertime salads. Deer resistant.
- 200 seeds minimum
- Germination: 10-14 days
- Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Gently press seeds into a pot or tray containing lightweight soil mix. Keep moist but not soggy. As seedlings appear, expose to direct light.
