- 40 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-10 days
- Maturity: 75-80 days
- Direct sow 1-1 ½” deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85° F to sprout.
- Space plants 3-6” apart; space row 2-3’ apart.

Best soup bean
I grew these in the 2023 season and can’t wait to grow them again. I meant to save some for seed but ate them all up because these are the BEST tasting dried bean I’ve ever had. Not at all bitter with a lovely texture and will give you an amazing pot of bean soup.
