This ancient variety is used in culinary and medicinal applications throughout China and Japan. Gobo Takinogawa has crunchy, flavorful roots that grow to 36-48”. Late maturing plants reach 36” tall.

- Maturity: 85-90 days
- Soak seeds over night for optimal performance, then direct sow 1/8” deep in full sun after last frost. Plant in loose, well-drained soil. Sandy loam is best for root optimal development.
