Introduced in 1899, this Dutch heirloom produces tight, tender medium-large heads often used for sauerkraut. A flavorful, late season cabbage, Glory of Enkhuizen is hardy, easy to grow, and stores well.
- 300 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-10 days
- Maturity: 90-100 days
- Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost. Plant ½” deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in direct sun 2-3 weeks before last frost. For fall harvest, direct sow 6-8 weeks before first frost.
- Space plants 18-24” apart; space rows 24-48” apart.
