Boasting extra-large, burgundy-tinged leaves, Giant Red makes an ornamental addition to any garden. This zesty mustard green works great for salads, stir-fries or pickling and grows well as a cut and come again crop, too.
- 250 Seeds Minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 45-50 days
- Direct sow deep ¼” in full sun as soon as soil can be worked. Plant again in midsummer for a fall harvest.
- Space plants 4-6” apart; space rows 12-18” apart.

Kale does not fail!
I planted this in my balcony container garden and in a garden box in the winter in Las Vegas. It was delicious and nutritious in our morning "green" drink.

Love this green
Delicious, bold flavor....peppery, green...will awaken any salad or sandwich. My sister loved them too. Grew well when other veggies did not.
