Product Description
Developed in the northern Serbian town of Futog, this heirloom dates to the mid 18th century. It produces large cabbages with a high moisture content, making it the perfect choice for sauerkraut dishes.
- 300 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 90 days
- Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost. Plant ½” deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in direct sun 2-3 weeks before last frost. For fall harvest, direct sow 6-8 weeks before first frost.
- Space plants 18-24” apart; space rows 24-36” apart.
