Named for a town in southwestern France, this frisee-type endive adds pizazz to salad mixes. A highly prolific heirloom, Endive di Ruffec produces large heads with heavily frilled green leaves and yellow hearts.
- 250 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 80-85 days
- Direct sow 1/2" deep in full sun/partial shade as soon as soil can be worked and again in late summer for a fall harvest.
