These peppery-tasting, sawtooth-edged greens make a sparky addition to any salad! A heat- and cold-tolerant Japanese variety, Early Mizuna performs especially well in spring or fall. Flourishes as a cut-and-come-again plant, too.
- 250 Seeds Minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 30-55 days
- Direct sow deep ¼” in full sun as soon as soil can be worked. Plant again in midsummer for a fall harvest.
- Space plants 4-6” apart; space rows 12-18” apart.

Hearty, prolific green
I live near the ocean and very little grows in my salt-filled, wind-beaten garden. This Mizuna not only grows but thrives, and makes a fantastic addition to salads and stir-fries.
