These peppery-tasting, sawtooth-edged greens make a sparky addition to any salad! A heat- and cold-tolerant Japanese variety, Early Mizuna performs especially well in spring or fall. Flourishes as a cut-and-come-again plant, too.

• Direct sow deep ¼” in full sun as soon as soil can be worked. Plant again in midsummer for a fall harvest.
