A delectable Danish variety introduced in the early 1900s, Copenhagen Market yields hefty, dense heads 6-8” in diameter. Sturdy cabbages with a tender bite and big flavor make this heirloom a summertime favorite!
- 300 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-10 days
- Maturity: 65-75 days
- Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost. Plant ½” deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in direct sun 2-3 weeks before last frost. For fall harvest, direct sow 6-8 weeks before first frost.
- Space plants 18-24” apart; space rows 24-36” apart.

Still Looking Good
My experience with your store has been fantastic!! I got my garden in late due to weather issues etc... so my things are still in the growing process and looking good.
