An Israeli heirloom also known as the Middle Eastern Cucumber. A great snacking cuke and a top choice for pickling, Beit Alpha is a burpless variety with smooth, tender skin and a sweet, mild flavor. Trellis to save space.
- 25 seeds minimum
- Germination 7-14 days
- Maturity: 55-60 days
- Direct sow in full sun after the last frost or start indoors 3 weeks prior to last frost. Plant 1/2" deep in soil or seed starting mix. Harden off seedlings before transplanting.
- Compost well and keep moist throughout summer.
- Space plants 12” apart in rows 5-6’ apart.
