Toss your beet leaves into salads or sautés to get the most of these multi-purpose heirlooms.
- 1200 seeds minimum
- Germination: 5-10 days
- Maturity: 50 days
- Direct sow ½” deep in full sun as soon as soil can be worked.
- Sow 12-15 seeds per foot; thin to 3" apart when seedlings are 1-2" tall. Plant rows 12" apart.
- Plant again in late summer for a fall harvest.
