Product Description
This Ukrainian heirloom produces densely packed, deep green cabbage heads. Make sure to plant the Amager early, as it takes a full season to reach maturity. Keeps well and tastes great as sauerkraut.
- 300 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-14 days
- Maturity: 140-150 days
- Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost. Plant ½” deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in direct sun 2-3 weeks before last frost. For fall harvest, direct sow 6-8 weeks before first frost.
- Space plants 18-24” apart; space rows 24-36” apart.
